Sean has a pretty new windshield.. that could be the problem, but I'm leaning toward crappy blades.

I told em to get BOSCH MICRO EDGE Blades. Those are the best, that or get a midget with a squeegie. ;)

I had the same problem, At first I replaced the rubber part. (Refill) Then I replaced the whole wiper blade, and no solution.
Finally a friend of mine who worked at a ford dealership, got me a whole new wiper arm, problem solved.
I guess the spring was weak and, did not put enough force down on the windshield. Especially at speeds.

You can also go with Sal's idea and, get a midget with a squeegee. :)

Ok. Who's giving me a ride? I'll drive to whoever's house and then tag along as long as it's south of the 91 (or if you're going Sean, then I'll make a 3 block exception). ;) I can pitch in for gas, just to help persuade.

I need to get outa town for a day. Workin' 60+ hours a week is getting to me. Or, maybe it was staying up for hours tonight catching up on the forum... hmmmm

So, since your car is fixed... do I still get the ride? lol Or, do you want to check the rod bearings before we go up there? Any chance of doing it during the week?

If you have a big freaking light, no problem. We can do it on a friday night/saturday morning :). Funny thing is though, I reset the idle, put in a quart of oil, and everything seems to be ok again...for now.
