Does anyone know the hub size/wheel center bore for the rear?

Hey Matt...I found this information in "The Ultimate Wheel & Tire Plus Sizing Guide".

The hub size is 63.4mm. (1986 - 2006)

I am not sure if the bore on the OE wheels are hub centric or not.
